BOSU Integrated Balance Training Certification Balance and body equilibrium are the keys to effective movement and sports performance. The BOSU Balance Trainer™ program is a modular training system that helps improve proprioception and balance within every component of fitness. Integrated Experience Workshop (2-3 hours) This workshop shows you how to create an exciting, cutting edge class combining the Resist-a-Ball® and the BOSU®. Exercise patterns using the equipment individually as well as combining the two together will challenge your every muscle and develop your focus while enhancing cardiovascular, muscle endurance and strength, balance and flexibility. Learn modifications, progressions and cueing for a safe and effective class. B.I.T.E. M.E. Workshop (2-3 hours) BOSU® Interval Training Exercise for Muscular Endurance -- this workshop will add new dimensions to your group exercise program. Learn how to structure a fun yet challenging group fitness class using the BOSU Balance Trainer®. This workshop will cover proper warm-up, cardio exercise, strength and balance challenges, core conditioning and flexibility that can immediately be applied to group fitness programming.
