This dynamic workshop covers Hard Core Training like never before! Experience exercises for core stability, strength, function and flexibility using the stability ball, medicine balls, half foam rollers and tubing. Learn proper execution, cueing, modifications and progressions for each exercise as well as how to implement into personal training programs and group fitness class formats. Get ready for both individual and partner drills as well as plenty of fun!
