Hard Core Sports Training

Workshop Length: up to 8 hours

A Workshop for Training the Athlete in Everyone

This workshop covers training the athlete from all angles! Covered will be training and coaching athletes individually, in small groups, and as teams utilizing the following:

Medicine ball drills, both solo and partner including multi-muscle training, isolated and functional training, plyometrics for upper and lower body, progressions

Speed, agility and power work using agility ladders, ropes, half foam rollers, cones, mini-hurdles, Gliding™ discs and more emphasizing coaching progressions

Core and balance work progressions using body weight-only, half foam rollers, Gliding™ discs, medicine balls, stability balls and more

Skills in analyzing the sport and individual athlete to develop a successful overall conditioning program that addresses the total athlete to bring balance to the body and mind
