Workshop Length: 2 - 3 hours

This workshop emphasizes training with the dynamic, versatile medicine ball for personal training, group fitness, and athletes. Participants will learn individual, partner, small group and team drills for a total body workout that will challenge all participants at their skill level. Learn how to implement these drills into an existing class or workout, as well as how to develop an entire workout program based on medicine ball training.
