YES Training®
Workshop Length: 4.5 hours
YES Training® combines the mind-body connection of a flow-yoga class with dumbbell and body weight resistance training. Participants will learn yoga pose essentials, resistance training exercise, plus yoga combinations, choreographing for flow, cueing and correcting, and overall structure of a class. Programming and marketing will be discussed.
