Pilates Core Basics

Workshop Length: 4 - 6 hours

This course will provide group fitness instructors and personal trainers and overview of Pilates Matwork by introducing program goals, principles and exercises. Participants will gain an understanding of the differences and benefits of both the Original Method and more contemporary programs; how to cue, modify, progress and correct exercises; and the "how and when" to effectively and safely integrate these exercises into their classes and client programs.
