Pilates Core Basics II
Workshop Length: 4 - 6 hours
Pilates Core Basics II is a course for fitness professionals to learn how to teach additional Pilates Mat Exercises beyond Pilates Core Basics workshop.
Course begins with review/lecture of pilates principles and fundamentals with review of anatomy and postural assessment techniques. Participants then learn in detail how to physically execute 20-25 additional mat exercises of beginner/intermediate level. After learning each exercise participants learn how to teach/cue including what to look for in their participants, how to correct and teach using hands-on methods and in-depth cueing. With each exercise postural deviations will be discussed and how to apply exercises/modifications to these deviations.
