Pilates Core Basics Plus Props
Pilates Core Basics Plus Props is a course for fitness professionals to learn how to teach Pilates Mat Exercise using Props.
Course begins with review of pilates principles, fundamentals and postural assessment and an introduction to props and their purpose of modifying, changing or challenging within an exercise. Participants then learn in detail how to physically execute the principles and 15-20 basic mat exercises adding props. After learning each exercise participants learn how to teach/cue including what to look for in their participants, how to correct and teach using hands-on methods and in-depth cueing.
